At Elmi, we want you to truly love your jewelry. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
We offer returns for store credit only within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
- To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- With all tags and original packaging included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Because our pieces are delicate and personal, we cannot accept items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

If your return is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Store Credit
We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive store credit in the form of a digital gift card sent to the email used at checkout.
- Store credit will be issued within 7–10 business days after we receive your return
- Store credit does not expire
- It may be used toward any future Elmi purchase
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@elmiandco.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized jewelry
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different piece, return your original item (if eligible). Once your store credit has been issued, you may use it to place a new order.
