Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase.
- Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We use reliable carriers to ensure your jewelry arrives safely:

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Costs

- Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions; check our website or newsletter for updates.
Local Pickup (VIP Only)
- We offer in-store pickup for select customers with a secret pickup code.
- Only customers provided with the code can access pickup instructions and our store address.

Shipping & Order Issues
If your order is lost, delayed, or damaged during transit:

- Provide your order number and details of the issue
- We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the problem promptly
Additional Notes
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes for expedited deliveries.
- All shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate — we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
